Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for a full-time, hybrid role in Texas. The Project Manager II will lead the launch and lifecycle of multiple projects, acting as the primary liaison between Segra and customers during all implementation phases.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with PM focus and at least 3 years PM experience, plus knowledge of telecom networks. MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with PM focus and/or 3+ years of PM experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Project management experience is required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of telecom network technologies, protocols and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and life cycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Serve as the liaison between Segra and customers during all project phases.
• Coordinate work intake, vendor/PO processing, and reporting with the Program Operations Analyst team.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and communicate across teams.
