Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for a full-time, hybrid role in the United States. The role oversees the launch and lifecycle of multiple projects, acting as the main liaison between Segra and customers during implementation.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in PM or related field with at least 3 years PM experience, plus knowledge of MS Office and telecom networks. The position requires in-office presence three days a week with two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with PM and/or minimum 3 years of PM experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experiences pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Project management experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through launch and lifecycle management to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate with customers and Segra internal teams across all project phases.
• Support work intake coordination, vendor/PO processing, and reporting when required.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and proactive cross-functional communication.
