Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for a full-time, hybrid role in a Segra office location in the United States. The role leads the launch and life cycle of multiple projects to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals, acting as the liaison between Segra and customers throughout implementation.

The ideal candidate will have PM experience, a bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of telecom networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with PM and/or minimum 3 years of PM experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experiences pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• PM experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Serve as liaison between Segra and customers during all project phases.
• Coordinate work intake, vendor/PO processing, and reporting support as needed.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and communicate across organizations.
