Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee telecom client engagements within our Consulting division. You will lead multiple complex programs from initiation to delivery, coordinating across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs, while partnering with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic expansions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of program or project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-level customer engagements and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing program budgets, KPIs, forecasting, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience utilizing project management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Airtable, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery leader for a portfolio of telecommunications client engagements.
• Lead multiple complex programs from initiation through execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, KPIs, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and support strategic account expansion.
• Act as the bridge between customers, consulting leadership, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering accountability, engagement, and performance.
• Facilitate executive status reviews, steering committee meetings, and program governance activities.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and scalable delivery practices.
• Support initiatives including network modernization, cloud transformation, AI and automation programs, engineering operations, and digital transformation efforts.
