Job summary

Community Outreach Partners is seeking a highly organized National Program Manager to lead some of the nation’s largest telecommunications and broadband sales programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between COP and enterprise clients ensuring program performance, client satisfaction, and long‑term growth.

Unlike a traditional account management role, this position combines client strategy, business consulting, operational leadership, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, program management, account management, consulting, or business operations experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients or national accounts.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national clients.
• Translate client initiatives into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Lead weekly business updates, strategic planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Develop client-facing presentations and executive recommendations.
• Partner with operations, compliance, finance, training, and executive leadership.
• Support new market launches and growth initiatives.
