Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecommunications or enterprise service delivery management.
• Experience with SLA governance, service lifecycle, and performance reporting.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead POD-based service delivery governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and produce executive dashboards.
• Manage escalations, incident leadership, and post-incident actions.
• Represent operational performance in client meetings and reviews.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
