Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Los Angeles is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead telecommunications programs, drive profitable delivery, and supervise a team of project managers and coordinators across the market.

You will own budgets, billing, forecasting, risk management, and client relationships while expanding services in the telecom sector and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a global practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of eight years of related progressive experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• LEED AP preferred.
• PMP preferred (US and/or Canada).
• CCM preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial performance of market, program, and client accounts including budgeting, actual results, forecasting and reporting.
• Responsible for billing, AR collection, expense monitoring and control, staffing and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Directly or indirectly responsible for hiring, termination, compensation and performance evaluation.
• Lead project management staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop risk management plans and report on project performance to clients and management.
• Manage procurement, contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout phases.
