Job summary

Smartlink LLC is seeking a Program Manager to establish and maintain strong client relationships, oversee all aspects of client service programs, and ensure profitable execution through forecasting, budgeting, and program management.

The role includes hiring and allocating resources across multiple projects, guiding Project Managers, and collaborating with the executive team to translate strategic initiatives into concrete goals for the programs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to coach and develop future leaders.
• Strong financial leadership and budget management experience.
• Proven track record in building and managing program teams with collaboration.
• Extensive knowledge of the wireless industry, including leasing, zoning, and construction.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt to feedback.
• Results oriented with ability to balance business considerations and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strategic thinker who aligns processes with objectives.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
• Adaptable to changing environments.
• 10 years in telecommunications in lead or PM roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• PMP certification is desired but not required.
