Job summary

Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a results-driven Business Sales Executive to drive growth across Northern California and Southern Oregon. You will lead new market development and manage key accounts, collaborating with engineering, service, and back-office teams to deliver telecom solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales experience, a proven B2B track record in telecom/tech, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. Base plus commission and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably telecom or technology.
• Experience managing sales territories and new markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce; proficient with MS Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business sales opportunities.
• Expand into new service territories and markets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Retain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify customer needs and align with telecom solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering/service teams.
• Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline.
