Cal-Ore Communications in Siskiyou County (Yreka, CA) is seeking a Telecommunications / Business Sales Executive to drive growth across Northern California and Southern Oregon. This role leads sales efforts while collaborating with engineering, service, and back-office teams.

You will develop new markets, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain strong client relationships at all levels of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Experience managing sales territories and developing new markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful sales pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

Compensation: $74,000 - $84,000 total annual earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus commission

About the Role

Cal-Ore Communications is seeking a driven, experienced Telecommunications / Business Sales
Executive to support continued growth across Northern California and Southern Oregon. This role is responsible for both developing new business territories and managing existing client relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This position offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts in expanding markets while working collaboratively with engineering, service, and back-office teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $74,000 - $84,000 total annual earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus commission
• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
• Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with a ramp up period and significant upside
• Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan
• New Hire Bonus: $5,000, paid in two installments, subject to the employee remaining actively employed and all eligibility requirements are satisfied on each payment date:
• $2,500 following 120 days of continuous employment
• $2,500 following 12 months of continuous employment
