Job summary

Uniti is seeking Customer Service Technicians to install and repair residential and business communications services, including telephone, internet, and video. You will train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs, recommending solutions that meet customers’ needs.

You will work in both buried and aerial plant, perform pole climbing and ladder work when required, operate the service vehicle safely, and complete required safety training while reporting

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to distinguish colors in color-coded cable.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work aloft.
• Ability to complete required safety training.
• Ability to work schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to respond to after-hours callouts.
• High School Degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train and work with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customers’ needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant; climbing poles and ladders when required.
• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle and environment.
