Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services, including telephone, internet, and video. The role requires use of test equipment, safety training, and the ability to work on both buried and aerial networks.

You will report to the Manager of Local Operations, ensuring safety standards and efficient service delivery across assigned schedules and locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Must distinguish colors for color-coded cabling.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Demonstrated ability to complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (phone, internet, video).
• Use test equipment and train on multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products/services to address customer needs.
• Work on buried and aerial plant; climb poles and use ladders as needed.
• Operate and maintain company service vehicle safely.
• Support both indoor and outdoor work environments.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
