Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across the United States. You will train with test equipment and field tools to support multiple technologies and network designs.

You will work both indoors and outdoors, handling pole climbing and ladder tasks while ensuring safety standards. A valid driver’s license and basic math/tech skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Able to distinguish colors in color-coded cables.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work at height.
• Complete required safety training and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
• Work on buried and aerial plant, including pole climbing and ladder work.
• Operate and maintain company service vehicle safely.
• Work indoors and outdoors and follow safety regulations.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
