Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across diverse environments. You will use test equipment, train with tools, and recommend solutions to customers.

The role requires working in both inside and outside settings, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and extending hours including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Color discrimination and color-coded cabling knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business communications services (phone, internet, video).
• Train and use tools/test equipment for multiple technologies.
• Recommend products/services to meet customers’ needs.
• Work indoors and outdoors, on buried or aerial plant, with safety training.
