Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across diverse environments. You will work with test equipment, train on multiple technologies, and recommend solutions to customers.

The role involves pole climbing, driving a company vehicle, and strict safety adherence. Strong technical aptitude and basic math skills are required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver''s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Must complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (phone, internet, video).
• Operate tools and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant, including pole climbing and ladder use.
• Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
• Complete safety training and follow safety standards and regulations.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
