Job summary

Uniti Group is seeking a Customer Service Technician I/II in Concord, NC to install and repair residential and business communications services. You will train with tools and test equipment to support multiple technologies and network designs, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.

You’ll work in both inside and outside environments, handle buried and aerial plant, and operate a company vehicle safely while meeting schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights as required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
• Train with tools and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant; climb poles and ladders.
• Operate and maintain company service vehicle in a safe, organized manner.
