Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a Telecommunications Construction Superintendent or similar.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation or civil/wireless construction is a plus.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Ability to supervise craft employees and subcontractors directly.
• Solid understanding of construction documents, drawings, specs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for large-scale long-haul installation projects.
• Develop project plans, monitor performance, and adjust as needed.
• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specs, and building codes.
• Lead subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement, and negotiations.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project staff.
