Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee large-scale long-haul ILA installation projects. You will manage day-to-day field operations, develop project plans, monitor performance, and mentor staff.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel to various project sites. Site-based position with multi-state travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a Telecommunications Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation, civil or wireless construction is a plus.
• Construction documents, drawings and specifications knowledge.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specs, and codes.
• Develop Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs; oversee investigations.
• Review schedules, address delays and contribute to timelines.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
• Monitor financial aspects and reporting; coordinate subcontractors.
