Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale long-haul ILA installation projects. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, develop project plans, monitor performance, and mentor staff across multiple sites in North America.

You will coordinate subcontractors and materials, ensure safety and quality programs, and maintain schedules while addressing delays. Travel to various project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Telecommunications Construction Superintendent experience.
• Underground fiber installation or civil/wireless construction knowledge a plus.
• Post-secondary education in Construction or Engineering is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure plans meet specifications.
• Develop project plans and monitor performance.
• Mentor project staff and provide leadership to the field team.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material procurement.
• Ensure safety programs and quality plans are developed and followed.
