Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking a part-time Telecommunication Technician 3 to join its Field Services team at client sites in Dover, NH. The role involves remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services with limited supervision.

Based at the Dover site with travel to additional locations, you will service ViaPath products, install hardware, and coordinate with facility staff while maintaining service excellence and professional customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office.
• Telephony and networking experience, copper, CAT5/6, and fiber.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.
• Willing to work overtime and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provide remedial repair and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Replace telephony hardware and network components.
• Administer kiosk service and collections at client sites.
• Troubleshoot video visitation and tablet connectivity.
• Coordinate with Field Service Manager and escalate issues as needed.
