Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with customers in communities, presenting high-speed data and communication solutions to drive growth.

Spend most of your time in the field, performing needs analyses, delivering compelling proposals, and meeting monthly targets for data, mobile, landline, and video services. A base salary plus incentives can lead to total compensation over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and strong sales drive.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories and to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights.
