Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and grow our residential customer base through direct, in-person engagement. You will present Spectrum’s high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video solutions while working primarily outdoors.

The role rewards performance with base pay plus incentives, with total compensation potential over $100,000 annually. A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking abilities.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and drive to sell.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation incl. dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support goals.
• Achieve monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitor activity and report insights.
