Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect people with high-speed data and communication services through face-to-face interactions with customers in the community.

You will acquire new residential customers, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored proposals while pursuing monthly targets across Spectrum services. A base salary plus incentives could lead to total compensation over $100,000 per year, with employee-friendly benefits including service discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus (external hires only).
• Face-to-face customer engagement in residential or community contexts.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions
• Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services
• Monitor competitors’ activities in your territory and report to your manager
