Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Supervisor of Field Operations to lead a team of up to 15 technicians providing telecom and broadband services. You will allocate work, supervise daily schedules, and ensure adherence to client standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a technician with at least 1 year in supervision, strong problem-solving, safety focus, and excellent communication with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in technical field or equivalent qualification.
• Technical certifications relevant to the telecom and broadband industry.
• 3–5 years of experience as a technician in telecom or broadband field operations with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in carrying out technical services in the telecom or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work and supervise up to 15 field technicians to execute ITG fulfillment operations.
• Conduct quality checks and site observations to ensure client standards.
• Perform truck inspections and ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and tools.
• Address customer escalations to resolve issues promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure team compliance.
• Provide ongoing training and coordinate with Training Instructor for skill improvement.
• Participate in performance evaluations and coordinate with managers to meet KPIs.
