Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily work of field technicians, including installation, maintenance, and repairs of telecom equipment. You’ll lead a technically skilled team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with dispatch to optimize service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom field ops with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus Salesforce CRM proficiency and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Salesforce experience for field operations and data management.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Spanish language helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises field technicians, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Coordinates field service activities with dispatch and schedulers.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance in all field operations.
• Provides technical guidance to technicians for installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Manages performance evaluations, goals, and coaching within the team.
• Generates reports on performance, productivity, and service levels.
