Job summary

Connected Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site servicing, diagnostics, and repair for telecommunications systems across multiple sites including MDU, residential, and commercial locations.

You will lead a small team of technicians, manage schedules, report performance, and collaborate with partners and leadership. Travel up to 75% and occasional overnight stays are required, with standard hours and additional time as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a Field Technician role with leadership experience.
• Experience with satellite, coaxial and fiber optic systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet, educate and interact with customers and partners.
• Install/repair and explain functionality of cable, fixed wireless, satellite, and fiber optic technologies.
• Identify failures and teach proper procedures.
• Monitor daily service orders activities, schedule work orders, update status and ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, regional managers and customers.
• Provide feedback to leadership on issues caused by partners that restrict performance.
