Job summary

You will allocate work, supervise daily schedules, perform quality checks and safety inspections, coordinate with Training and QA, and drive continuous improvement to achieve KPIs and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field.
• Technical certifications relevant to telecom and broadband are required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work and manage daily schedules for up to 15 technicians.
• Conduct quality checks and job site observations to meet client standards.
• Perform vehicle inspections and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Address customer escalations to resolve issues promptly.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure team compliance.
• Provide training and coordinate with Training Instructor for skill improvement.
• Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with managers to achieve KPIs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA to drive improvements in work standards.
