• Experience in customer-facing operations and field service.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work, schedule daily tasks and supervise up to 15 field technicians.
• Conduct quality checks and site observations per client standards.
• Perform truck inspections and maintain vehicles and tools.
• Resolve customer escalations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure team compliance.
• Coordinate training for technicians with Training Instructor.
• Participate in evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with managers to meet operational goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate with QA to drive improvements in standards and training.
