Qualifications

3+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams.
7+ years of experience in the Data + AI space with a technical product.
Deep technical understanding of Data + AI impact across industries.
Technical competence to earn trust of engineering leadership.
Trusted advisor to technical executives guiding data infrastructure decisions.
Lead best practices for qualification, proofs of concept, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, grow, and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Architects.
Make customers successful with Databricks solutions and drive business value.
Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and partner across the business to ensure customer and team success.
Establish relationships across Sales, Field Engineering, and product teams to accelerate outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to hit revenue and consumption targets.
Ensure the team stays at the cutting edge of data+AI technologies and architectures.
