Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as Telecommunications Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specs, and building codes.
• Lead development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs; oversee investigations.
• Review and update construction schedules; address delays and contribute to schedules.
• Estimate activity durations and material needs for complex projects.
• Maintain reporting of financial aspects of the project.
• Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement, and negotiations.
• Set priorities and allocate resources for the field team.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff.
