Job summary

JKL Associates in Nashua, MT, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field crews, manage projects, and drive safety, quality, and profitability. The role oversees foremen and crews, directs staffing, and ensures on-time completion while meeting financial targets.

This NW Region position requires travel, strong communication, and hands-on supervision in utility construction. PUSH offers competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Experience with digging operations and equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and CTL.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and budget goals.
• Staff projects, recruit new talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and subcontractor coordination.
• Plan and schedule projects, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain daily logs, review time, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations (OSHA).
