Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, is seeking a Construction Superintendent for the NW Region. The role oversees projects, mentors foremen and crews, and ensures safety, quality, and profitability while meeting customer requirements.

The position requires five years of supervisory utility construction experience, ability to travel 100%, and strong leadership, communication, and planning skills. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience with digging operations or heavy equipment operation.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Direct and mentor foreman and crews for on-time completion.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, retain employees and promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors and change orders for approval.
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain daily project logs and reports and ensure paperwork is complete.
