Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Superintendent to lead daily field operations, ensuring projects run on schedule, within budget, and to strict quality standards. You will execute plans, uphold site safety and quality control, and manage field staff, contractors, and tradespeople to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• One to five years of construction experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods (Plow and HDD).
• Two-year college, trade, or technical diploma preferred.
• Understanding of construction practices, documents, costs and budgets.
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules within guidelines.
• Effective communication while coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Military experience equivalent to 12N or 12H roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all construction activities comply with plans, specs, codes and PQP.
• Lead safety initiatives; develop and enforce Project Specific Safety Program.
• Monitor schedules, estimate durations, and track progress to milestones.
• Direct field staff, allocate labor, equipment and subcontractors.
• Supervise trades, provide guidance and maintain accountability.
• Manage procurement tasks and review supplier invoices.
