Qualifications

• 1–5 years supervisory construction experience.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods (HDD, plow) a plus.
• Two-year college or technical diploma preferred.
• Understanding of construction practices, costs, and budgets.
• Ability to plan schedules and solve moderate issues within guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Uphold site safety, quality control, and supervision of field staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and procurement to meet milestones.
• Supervise crafts and ensure adherence to project plans and standards.
• Assist with procurement tasks and reviewing supplier invoices.
