Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction crews on field projects.
• Exposure to underground fiber installation methods is a plus.
• Formal technical education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction activities follow approved plans, specs, and codes.
• Lead safety programs, conduct safety meetings, and enforce standards.
• Monitor progress, durations, and material needs to hit milestones.
• Direct field staff, coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Supervise crews and maintain accountability for performance.
• Handle procurement tasks and review invoices.
