Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Construction Manager I-III to lead field operations, manage crews, and ensure safe, on-schedule project delivery. You will oversee budgets, staffing, and customer communication, coordinating with Project Managers and utility clients to drive project success.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with safety standards, and effective collaboration across internal teams and field personnel. Travel is potential for domestic assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid are required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily construction crew activities while upholding safety standards.
• Train and develop Foremen and field personnel, including performance management.
• Coordinate scheduling, material procurement, budgeting, invoicing, and client communication with Project Managers.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, hours, closeout docs, and overall project performance.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of field personnel.
