Job summary

Cable Comm is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead telecom construction projects from planning to closeout in a hands-on, field-focused role. You will manage field supervisors, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to customer specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include directing project activities across fiber, coax, wireless, and OFC/ISP builds, coordinating with clients and vendors, and enforcing OSHA/DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years telecom construction experience with leadership.
• Degree in construction supervision or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/DOT standards and telecom construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction phases from planning through closeout.
• Direct field supervisors, subcontractors, and crews to ensure safety, quality, and performance.
