TelCom Construction seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the Construction Division, lead cross-functional teams, and drive profitability while ensuring safety and compliance. You will coordinate with project management, manage staff and subcontractors, and monitor KPIs to meet customer expectations.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong leadership, negotiation, and process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering- or PM-related field and 2–4 years hands-on experience.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
• Commitment to technology-driven process improvement and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Construction Division including operations, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensures safety requirements and DOT compliance in coordination with EHS.
• Maintains regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to monitor customer satisfaction.
• Identifies and implements process improvements for efficient service delivery.
• Builds and maintains KPIs for divisional performance and profitability.
