Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients with predictable health care needs under RN guidance.

• Completes accurate and timely documentation reflecting the plan of care.
• Communicates with patients, families, and health care team to coordinate care.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and adheres to infection control procedures.
• Attends staff meetings and performs additional duties as assigned
