Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and LPN/LVN license.
• Two years of LVN/LPN experience in an acute care setting.
• Current LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Pedagogy IV Certification due within 30 days of hire.
• Must complete Act 33 and Act 73 clearances within the required timeframe.
• English fluency; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
