Job summary

CLA seeks a Digital Growth Director - Tekion to drive growth for CLA's Tekion practice in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on selling Tekion software and related services into CLA's dealership relationships and acquiring new logos in collaboration with the Tekion partner enablement team.

The ideal candidate will have a dealership background and proven ability to push Tekion software through the sales cycle, coordinating with the Tekion sales team, AEs, and delivery teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 8 years of sales and/or business development experience.
• Automotive dealership background required.
• Experience selling DMS or related dealership software required; Tekion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-sell Tekion into CLA's existing dealership relationships and find new logos.
• Work directly with the Tekion sales team and Account Executives on joint pursuits and stalled opportunities.
• Manage database of prospective clients, nurture prospective client relationships and follow up with all prospects.
• Own opportunity pipeline progression, next steps, forecasting, and SOW coordination.
• Establish the post-sale handoff to delivery and customer success.
