CLA Digital Growth Director role focuses on selling Tekion software to CLA's dealership network and acquiring new logos. You will work closely with Tekion and CLA teams to manage opportunities, drive revenue, and coordinate SOWs, with significant travel (>50%). The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales/BD within auto dealerships and DMS/software background.

Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to travel and strong relationship skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Automotive dealership background required.
• Experience selling DMS or dealership software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Co-sell Tekion into CLA's existing dealership relationships.
• Collaborate with Tekion sales team and AEs on pursuits.
• Manage prospective client relationships and follow up with prospects.
• Own opportunity pipeline, forecast, and SOW coordination.
• Ensure CRM activity and lead qualification are up-to-date.
