Job summary

CLA seeks a Digital Growth Director for Tekion to drive growth within CLA's Tekion practice, selling Tekion software and services through dealership relationships and new logos. The role requires dealership background with strong revenue ownership and collaboration with Tekion partners.

You will co-sell with the Tekion team, manage pipeline, and coordinate SOWs, ensuring seamless post-sale handoff to delivery and customer success. Significant travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience may be considered.
• 8+ years in sales and/or business development with a dealership background.
• Experience selling DMS or dealership software; Tekion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-sell Tekion into CLA's dealership relationships and acquire new logos.
• Collaborate with Tekion partner enablement and CLA sales teams on pursuits.
• Manage prospective client database and nurture relationships.
• Identify unmet needs for wrap-around services with Tekion customers.
• Own pipeline progression, next steps, forecasting, and SOW coordination.
• Ensure accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and lead qualifications.
• Meet defined revenue goals and develop new opportunities.
• Assist pricing and SOW creation and handoff to delivery.
• Develop client references and case studies.
• Maintain knowledge of Tekion, CLA Digital solutions, and industry trends.
