Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a TechOps Administrator I for our Annapolis Junction, MD office. The role supports the SOCs team delivering end-to-end operational support for Azure core and Office365, including 24x7x365 coverage.

Required clearance is TS/SCI with FS Poly along with a Bachelor’s in IT or related field. The position requires readiness for shift work and strong customer service and communication skills. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with FS Poly is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent IT experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and report status; escalate issues promptly.
• Identify fixes with feature teams for volume drivers.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures per documentation.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams and SOCs.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLAs and procedures.
• Document investigative and restorative actions in the official record.
• Drive recovery levers with feature teams to mitigate outages.
• Update SOPs and training guides as needed.
• Assist in hardware deployments and secure work area operations.
