Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a TechOps Administrator I to join the SOCs team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will provide end-to-end operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform, ensuring 24x7x365 service delivery.

The role requires a TS/SCI with FS Poly, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate deployments, document actions, and assist in secure work area operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent IT experience.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive outage scenarios.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to shift work for 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and escalate issues promptly to the deploying team.
• Identify fixes with feature teams to improve throughput.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures per documented steps.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLAs and procedures.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits and RCA.
• Identify and drive recovery levers with feature teams.
• Apply debugging and troubleshooting to prevent outages.
• Update SOPs and technical training guides as needed.
• Assist in hardware deployments and secure work area operations.
