Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Redmond, WA seeks a TechOps Administrator I to join the Secure Operations Centers team. You will provide end-to-end operation support for Azure core and Office365, ensuring 24x7x365 services across multiple workstreams.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly, a related bachelor's degree or equivalent IT training, and the ability to perform under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent IT training/experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and report issues to the deploying team.
• Identify and drive fixes with feature teams for deployment issues.
• Execute documented deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions and adhere to published SLAs.
