Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a TechOps Administrator I to support a Secure Operations Center environment, delivering 24x7x365 support for Azure core and Office 365. This onsite role in Redmond, WA requires a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.

You will help maintain system availability, support deployments, and assist in outage response and recovery. Documentation for audits and collaboration with engineering are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT training/experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority outage environment.
• Proven troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure during outages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to support 24/7 shift work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify volume drivers and coordinate with feature teams to drive fixes.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions during outages.
• Support outage restoration in line with SLAs.
• Document investigative and recovery actions.
• Identify and implement recovery actions with engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and debug system issues to mitigate disruptions.
• Update SOPs and technical documentation.
• Support secure work area operations including hardware deployments and equipment troubleshooting.
