Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a TechOps Administrator I to join the Secure Operations Centers (SOCs) team. You will deliver end-to-end operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform, supporting 24x7x365 services.

The role requires TS/SCI with FS Poly, a bachelor’s degree, and strong customer service, with flexibility for shift work and time-sensitive outage scenarios. You will document actions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Ability to operate with precision during time-sensitive outage scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and report function; escalate issues promptly.
• Identify fixes with feature teams for volume drivers.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLAs.
• Document investigation and restoration steps for audits.
• Apply troubleshooting to mitigate outages.
• Update SOPs and training guides as needed.
• Assist in hardware deployments and secure work area operations.
