Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a TechOps Administrator I to support a Secure Operations Center environment in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on maintaining system availability, supporting deployments, and aiding in outage response and recovery.

This onsite position requires TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and offers a salary up to $130,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will monitor deployment flow, coordinate with engineering for fixes, and execute operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent IT training/experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support shift work in a 24/7 SOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify volume drivers and coordinate fixes with feature teams.
• Execute deployment scripts and standard procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions during outages with cross-functional teams.
• Support outage restoration per SLAs and procedures.
• Document investigative and recovery actions for audits.
