The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of technology training in adult learning, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile operating systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of three (3) years of experience in technology training in an adult learning environment.
• Advanced knowledge of office productivity software and Microsoft and mobile operating systems.

• Respond to end-users and clients on technology issues, providing coaching and best‑practice advice.
